Chicago, IL (PRWEB) June 10, 2013

IntraSpectrum Counseling, a private group psychotherapy practice specializing in the LGBTQ population, is proud to announce the opening of a new office in the heart of the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. Since opening its doors in 2010, IntraSpectrum Counseling has experienced tremendous growth. The new office in Andersonville has a larger capacity than the downtown location, which is conveniently located across from Millennium Park in the loop, and will be able to better accommodate the growing demand for services.

Dr. Jamie Gayle, Founder and Director of IntraSpectrum Counseling, noticed a gap in counseling services in Andersonville and has been working to remedy that over the past year. Though Andersonville is one of Chicagos most LGBTQ-friendly neighborhoods, it does not offer any other private group counseling practices specifically focused on the LGBTQ population. IntraSpectrum Counseling is excited to be able to step in to fill this gap in service. Dr. Gayle states, We are absolutely thrilled to be a part of such a beautiful and vibrant neighborhood and to be able to make our counseling services even more convenient for its residents and neighbors.

About IntraSpectrum Counseling

IntraSpectrum Counseling is a private practice comprised of impressively educated, trained and devoted psychologists, social workers, and licensed clinical professional counselors, who provide individual, couples, group and family psychotherapy. All staff members have specialized training and experience in working with the LGBTQI population and provide sensitive, LGBTQI-affirmative treatment. Additionally, our teams inclusive approach offers the highest quality service to all clients, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identityall are welcome.

The staffs distinguished educational backgrounds enable the practice to offer multiple areas of expertise, including depression and bipolar disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders and body image, addiction and self-harm, trauma recovery, relationships and intimacy, and sexual functioning. Our specially designed therapy spaces in Downtown Chicago and Andersonville cater to our clients experience so that they feel comfortable, safe and at home as they do the brave work of therapy. Upon entering our boutique counseling practice, clients can be confident that they will be matched with the therapist who best meets their particular needs and that their treatment will be specifically tailored to their evolving ambitions, every step of the way.

New home shoppers have been flocking to Consort Homes communities in response to this springs exciting Curb Appeal promotion, prompting the builder to extend the valuable incentive through the end of June.

Bill Wannstedt, Consorts Director of Operations, explained the success of the promotional package, saying, The first thing you see on a house is the exterior. If your home has a great look, it gives you a tremendous sense of pride, not to mention enhancing the homes value. This concept has clearly been resonating with our customers.

Now available with any Consort Home purchased by June 30 in all 13 of the builders single-family neighborhoods, the Curb Appeal package includes free of charge a fabulous array of upgrades that add beauty and significant value-for-investment.

Topping the list of deluxe features are high-quality architectural shingles; designer coach lights; fashionable carriage-style garage doors (or an equivalent upgrade if an alternate door style is preferred); a garage door opener; a patio with steps to grade; and a driveway extension that allows for easy access to vehicles parked on the pavement.

Since attractive landscaping provides the finishing touch to any beautifully-designed home, the Curb Appeal package also includes a yard tree, a generous assortment of shrubs, and a stylish wrought-iron mailbox. In addition, a fully sodded yard front, sides and rear relieves new home owners of the after-closing expense and time-consuming responsibility involved with installing the lawn.

Valued up to $ 7,500, specifics of the offer vary depending on the community and home design selected. Combined with the dozens of quality, energy-efficient standard features built into every Consort Home, the end result is a uniquely satisfying ownership experience.

Assessing the ultimate benefits, Wannstedt remarked, Homebuyers understandably tend to focus on the interior features of a home, and this promotion has made them more cognizant of the importance of the exterior to the owners themselves and to the overall neighborhood streetscape. Best of all, everything is done for you, inside and out. From the day you move in, you can say, Im home.

Consort Homes is recognized throughout the St. Louis region for its craftsmanship and environmentally responsible approach to homebuilding. Base prices for single-family homes range from the $ 130s to $ 500s, and Consort neighborhoods are desirably located in North, South, and West St. Louis County, Jefferson County, and St. Charles County.

A reminder, the Curb Appeal promotion is in effect through June 30 only and may not be combined with any other offer. Details are posted online, ConsortCurbAppeal.com, and more information may be obtained by contacting any Consort community sales manager.
