Motorists should be extra attentive on Halloween and practicing defensive driving skills will be very important because the holiday presents the same awe inspiring looks that come from driving by Holiday Lights in winter but there are people all over the road as well. If a driver wants to stop and see a Haunted House they should pull over to the side of the road and activate their parking lights, thus notifying other drivers of their intentions and allowing them to go around.
